Without regard for cost, your best bet would be Oakly Half Jacket or Rudy Project. The nice thing about the Half Jacket is that the lenses are interchangeable so you have the flexibility of as many lens types as you want to buy. I have this frame with 3 lens sets: 1 for bright sun, 1 for partly cloudy days and 1 for overcast days. Rudy Project is newer to the scene but also makes some great frames and some of their framesets will offer interchangeable lenses.
I would recommend Oakley due to their greater availability and experience with top quality production
