Blue light, sunglasses, and eye health…?
I was wondering about something, maybe someone could enlighten me. The other day I was talking to a friend, and he told me about how blue light is typically bad for your eyes and its best to be avoided. Now, I was going to buy some Native Sunglasses that have the "Blue Reflex" tint (they look like this (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v221/War789/br.jpg ) for when I go cycling, but my friend told me these are not good for the eyes.
Just curious to see if anyone has any input on this issue, thanks!
